Nothing political here just some interesting links between sleep(or the lack of it) and ADHD. As a Mom, I know my kids get in more trouble, can’t concentrate and in general act crazy when they’re tired. Now doctors are figuring that out too.
They’re finding that kids that have their sleep disrupted or simply don’t get enough sleep exhibit ADHD behaviors. In many cases fixing the sleep problem eliminates or lessens the ADHD. Turns out ADHD drugs may make the problems worse because they can cause insomnia.
